What do I need to check prior to turning on an event and how to turn items and item options on/off?

Verify the correct offerings are selected under settings and review the menu as items may have become unavailable.

Turning Products On/Off by Site

  1. Go to Settings>Vendor Site
  2. Click on Site name underneath Event Product Menus to pull up the Site’s menu

3.  Select the products you want to turn on/off

4.  Hit the Active toggle button to turn product on/off

5.  You can turn product on/off by service by hitting either the Pick Up or Delivery toggle buttons.

*You can also turn product options on/off here by scrolling down to the option you would like to change and switching the direction of the toggle.*

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are turned off will remain off until reactivated, so at the beginning of a shift all items and their options should be reviewed for accuracy
