There are 4 stages of an order, this article explains what each of those stages are called and what they mean

Delivery Stages
Our customers see 4 stages of ordering on their device so they are kept up to date on everything that is going on with their order:
- Order received - The payment transaction has been completed and your order has successfully been placed
- Preparing - The order is being worked on by the kitchen will be out for delivery soon
- On the way - Order is prepared and is on the way to your seat. Look out for your delivery runner!
- Delivered - The order has been delivered to the guest and has reached the final stage of the fulfillment process
