What can be viewed on the Help Request page of the Management App.
Open
- Can see any open help requests
- Includes customer name, confirmation number, and help request message
- Check boxes of multiple help request to bulk resolve (ex: many help requests coming in about delivery time, bulk resolve saying “sorry our kitchen is backed up! Please give us 5-10 more minutes to complete your order!)
Resolve button
- Can choose to refund the order when resolving and choose whether or not to notify the guest when the help request has been resolved
- Need to add messaging function to this page
