This article will explain how to check the current version of the sEATz Operations App and update your equipment if it is not the version you need
To confirm the sEATz Operations App has been updated to the correct version, please follow the steps below:
- Open the operations app
- Press the sEATz logo in the top left corner of the screen
- A pop-up will appear that states the app version. Please confirm that the version is the most recent.
- If the version is up to date, you are done!
If your app is not up to date, please follow the additional steps below:
- Manually close the app by selecting the three vertical lines on the bottom menu and swipe up on the Operations App or/and press "close all"
- If available, connect to a non-firewall internet (this is most likely the reason the app has not automatically updated)
- Allow 15-20 minutes for App to be updated
- Once updated, re-connect to the original internet
Open App, log in, and verify all peripherals are connected and working properly (External scanners, Printers, etc...)
