What to do if your printer provided with your sEATz tablet become disconnected.
1. Check the USB cord that connects the printer to the sEATz tablet stand by first removing the black cap located on top of the base of the stand, if it is connected here, check the opposite end of the same cord inside of the printer.
2. If both ends are connected but the printer is still not working as it should, close the sEATz operations application on the laptop and turn the printer off. Wait 30 seconds, then turn the printer back on and open the sEATz operations application again simultaneously.
3. The application will give a popup selection asking if the printer should be connected via USB, on which you should select "yes".
4. If the printer still does not give you the popup selection and is not connected then close the sEATz Operations app, unplug the power cord for the stand and printer from the wall outlet they're plugged into and wait 30 seconds, plug them back in and open back up the sEATz app. You should receive the popup selection message at this time.
5. In order to test that the printer has been effectively reconnected, press the printer icon in the upper right hand corner of the operations screen. This will bring up a drop down where you can select the "Print Test Ticket" option. Provided it has reconnected, the printer will produce a fake ticket.
