Guests can communicate with the back-of-house via Help Requests on the Customer App

1. After an order is submitted on the Customer app, select "Get Help."
2. Enter the Help Request into the Message field then submit.
3. The guest will receive a notification once the Help Request has been responded to. The guest can also find the response at the bottom of their Order Details page.
4. If you are needing assistance on a previous order, go to the orders tab and select the past order.
5. Scroll down, and select "need help with your order?"

If you are using the Ballpark app, go to mobile food ordering, enter your seat location, and follow steps 1-4 above.
