How to create/edit Vendors

The Management app allows you to create/edit Vendors within your Venue

1. Click on the Vendors tab

2. Click the Add New Vendor button

3. Fill out the fields for Name, Short Name, and Sales Tax Rate. Toggle on/off the toggles for Active, Pick Up, and Delivery.

Here is an explanation of each of those fields:

  • Name and Short Name: This is the name of your vendor, Name and Short Name will often be the same
  • Sales Tax Rate: The sales tax rate of the city for which the venue resides in, this is important for reporting purposes
  • Active Toggle: If toggled on the Vendor will be available to use in your Venue, if it is toggled off it will not be available for use
  • Pick Up Toggle: If toggled on Pick Up service will be available to use in your Venue, if it is toggled off it will not be available for use
  • Delivery Toggle: If toggled on the Delivery will be available to use in your Venue, if it is toggled off it will not be available for use

4. When the fields are filled out hit the Save button in the bottom right

5. To edit an already created Vendor click on the pencil icon to the right of the already created Vendor
