The Management app allows you to create/edit Vendor Sites and set your Vendor Site Options
1. Click on the Vendors tab
2. Click on the Add New Site button
3. Fill out the Vendor Site Info fields for Name, Short Name, Longitude and Latitude, Location Description, and Location Description Short
Here is the explanation of what each field does:
- Name and Short Name: This will be the name of your Vendor Site, Name and Short Name will often be the same
- Longitude and Latitude: The coordinates of the Vendor Site, these fields will often be the same as the Longitude and Latitude of the Venue
- Location Description and Location Description Short: This is most useful for Vendor Sites with a Pick Up option. The text in these fields will tell the customer where to pick up their order when it is ready. Location Description and Location Description Short will often be the same
4. Once the Vendor Site Info fields are created hit the Next button
5. Fill out the fields for Vendor Site Options
Here is an explanation of each of these fields:
- Can Runners Prepare?: Allows staff with Runner designation to prepare orders at a Vendor Site
- Can Expeditors Prepare?: Allows staff with Expeditor designation to prepare orders at a Vendor Site
- Allow another Site to take order?: Allows different Vendor Sites with matching menus to accept orders placed at similar Vendor Sites; ex: customer places an order at Express Pick Up at section 105 but goes to Express Pick Up at section 140, the Vendor Site at section 140 will be able to prepare the order that was placed at section 105
- Auto Prepare Pick Up order?: If this is toggled on, new orders will automatically jump to the Ready For Pick Up phase of the order process which will tell the guest to immediately come pick up their order
- Auto Prepare Delivery order?: If this is toggled on, new orders will automatically jump to the Preparing phase of the order process
- Active Toggle: If toggled on, the Vendor Site will be available to use at a Venue. If toggled off, the Vendor Site will not be available to use at a Venue
- Auto pause order limit: This allows you to automatically pause your vendor site when a set amount of orders in the New and In Progress phase are met; ex: 20 orders in the New and In Progress phase = Site auto pauses
- Auto unpause order limit: This field allows you to automatically unpause your Vendor Site when a set amount of orders in the New and In Progress has been met; ex: 5 or less orders in the New and In Progress phase = Site auto unpauses
6. When these fields are complete hit the Add button in the bottom right
7. To edit an already created Vendor Site click on the pencil icon to the right of the respective Vendor Site
