How do I get help requests from customers?

Finding and replying to help requests that customers send in through the customer app.

Help Requests

  1. Customers are able to submit Help Requests on their orders. 
  2. You can find Help Requests in the Operations App along the bottom of the page by clicking on the question mark icon.

  3. Select the request to open it.

  4. Type out a response and hit Resolve. The customer will receive a notification with your response.

  5. The Help Request has now been resolved and moved from the New tab to the
    Resolved tab.
