Finding and replying to help requests that customers send in through the customer app.

Help Requests
- Customers are able to submit Help Requests on their orders.
- You can find Help Requests in the Operations App along the bottom of the page by clicking on the question mark icon.
- Select the request to open it.
- Type out a response and hit Resolve. The customer will receive a notification with your response.
- The Help Request has now been resolved and moved from the New tab to the
Resolved tab.
