This article walks you through the process of receiving a pick up order in the operations app through completing and closing the order.
This article is part of sEATz operations app training.
- Orders will appear on the New orders screen as they are submitted by guests. If the Site offers delivery and pick up services click on the pick up tab in order to see those orders.
2. To start the order fulfillment process tap the box to the left of the orders confirmation code and hit the Start Prep button.
3. The order has now moved to the In Progress tab.
4. Click on the order to pull up the customer information and order details.
5. Prepare the order.
6. When the order is prepared and ready to be picked up by the customer hit the Ready For Pick Up button within the order details. This will send the customer a QR code and a notification telling them to come scan their QR code and pick up their order.
7. When the guest comes to pick up their order scan their QR code by clicking on the QR code scanner button along the bottom of the page to access the QR code scanner.
8. Once the QR code has been grabbed by the scanner their order will pull up with the corresponding confirmation code.
9. Give the order to the customer and hit the Picked Up button. Check customer's ID if they ordered any alcohol.10. The order is now complete and has been moved to the closed tab.
