This article walks you through the process of receiving a delivery order in the operations app through completing and closing the order.

- Orders will appear on the New orders screen as they are submitted by guests.
- To start the order fulfillment process tap the box to the left of the orders confirmation code and hit the Start Prep button.
- The order has now moved to the In Progress tab.
- Click on the order to pull up the customer information and order details.
- Prepare the order.
- When the order is prepared and ready for delivery hit the On The Way button within the order details. This will send the customer a notification telling them that their order out for delivery.
- Deliver the order to the customer's seat. Check the customer's ID if they ordered any alcohol.
- Once the order has been delivered hit the Delivered button within the order details in the Operations app.
- The order is now complete and has been moved to the closed tab.
