How do I fulfill delivery orders once the customer buys an item on the app?

This article walks you through the process of receiving a delivery order in the operations app through completing and closing the order.

  1. Orders will appear on the New orders screen as they are submitted by guests.

  2. To start the order fulfillment process tap the box to the left of the orders confirmation code and hit the Start Prep button.

  3. The order has now moved to the In Progress tab.

  4. Click on the order to pull up the customer information and order details.
  5. Prepare the order.
  6. When the order is prepared and ready for delivery hit the On The Way button within the order details. This will send the customer a notification telling them that their order out for delivery.

  7. Deliver the order to the customer's seat. Check the customer's ID if they ordered any alcohol.

  8. Once the order has been delivered hit the Delivered button within the order details in the Operations app.

  9. The order is now complete and has been moved to the closed tab.
