Activating and Logging into your accounts for the Operations App and Management Portal

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to activate and log into your accounts for the Management Portal and Operations App. It includes detailed instructions and screenshots to help you easily navigate through the process.

  1. Login to you email that was provided to make your accounts.
  2. Click "sEATz Admin Invitation"
    If you don't see it in your primary inbox check your spam folder.

  3. Click "Activate Account"

  4. Click this password field.

  5. Create your password. The password will need to have a capital letter, lowercase letter, and number.


  6. Once your passcode is created the site will redirect you to our internal admin portal where you will then type in the Operations URL or Management Portal URL. https://operate.seatzapp.com/login or https://manage.seatzapp.com/login The Operations App runs all the operations for the customer app. The Management Portal allows you to see your entire operations, run reports, change settings, etc. You have to be assigned "Vendor Site Manager" to have full access to the Management Portal.
